Middle East Management
General Manager of Israel Operations
With over 20 years’ experience at Semi-Conductor, Cleantech and Pharmaceutical industries, Haim who holds bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Ruppin Academic Center leads VQC’s national business development operations.
Haim has extensive experience in QA/QC Program Management in large scale construction projects, scheduling and budgeting and brings to this role a wealth of experience in the fields of customer engagement and strategic.
Leon holds M.Sc Civil Engineer from Caracas University .Since joining VQC, Leon leads as Total Quality Services & Commissioning Manager in major Israeli development projects. His extensive experience in civil engineering is an important factor to lead project to success.
President International Operations
Ofer leads VQC’s global business development operations. Combining a passion for business with extensive experience in engineering and management, Ofer drives VQC’s growth by expanding its global partner network. An executive with a track record of excellence for more than 25 years.
Ofer received B.Sc in Material Engineering from Ben Gurion University.
Director International Operations
When joining VQC, Peter brought with him 16 Years’ experience in Quality Operations for Biotech, Semiconductor and wide experience on fast track construction projects gained in North America & Canada and currently implemented at VQC’s projects in the USA.
Peter graduated the Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology, Toronto Canada, in Industrial Pharmaceutical Technology.
